We are the only fitness center in Lawrence, KS devoted to helping women care for all of their health, beauty and fitness needs in one place. Our purpose is to educate women about the importance of health and fitness in their lives. Membership is made up of women of all ages, fitness levels and backgrounds, having one common goal, to get fit and feel good about themselves.
