Recruiting & Publicity: We need you to gather walkers and runners!
·       Call on friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc.
·       Display registration forms and posters throughout Lawrence (local businesses, organizations, restaurants, KU & Baker campuses)
·       Think of creative ways to spread word about run.

Registration: We need you to make the registration process seamless for all runners the day of the run!
     Arrive early on run day to set up registration table
·       Collect participant money and all donations
·       Packet pickup
·       Distribute t-shirts/answer questions
·       Serve as overall “go-to” person
 
Party Patrol: We need you to help make our party a success!
·       Pick up food and work with local businesses that donated food/water for party
·       Purchase food, drinks, paper products for party
·       Arrive early to set up tables & food, decorate space
·       Maintain tables, refresh when food runs out
·       Clean up after party

Course Volunteer: We need you to ensure the safety of all our participants!
·       Recruit volunteers
·       Mark the course on the morning of the run (3-person team to set up cones)
·       Stand on course and direct runners
